Many of you may be worried or stressing over the recent pandemic that is upon us today.
There are a few things to keep in mind during this crazy time. Those being to make sure that you are constantly washing your hands and that if you can not get to soap and water to use alcohol based hand sanitizer. Try not to touch your face, and disinfect frequently touched items (like your cell phone and computer).
Another big thing to remember is that if you are sick. Please stay home. If you can have friends bring you food and leave it on your porch. Stay out of large social gatherings, or if you do make sure that you stay a good distance away from others.
Remember to check in on the elderly and those that already have compromised immune systems. These people are going to be more susceptible to catch an illness. If you can, avoid going into long term care or skilled nursing facilities.
Also try and avoid going into the ER, and use the tela-doc if your doctor offers it.
Stock up on anything that you can, including toilet paper… if you can find it that is…
